¶ 1. Teresa G. Patrick suffered a com-pensable injury to her back while working as a stocker at Wal-Mart, for which she was awarded temporary total disability benefits and later total permanent disability benefits. The central issues brought in this appeal are whether the Tate County Circuit Court erred in: (1) affirming the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission’s order, which found that Patrick was permanently and totally disabled, and (2) reversing the Commission’s finding that the treatments provided by Dr. Jerry En-gelberg and Dr. Harry Friedman were…
