S13A1862. DORITIS v. DORITIS. THOMPSON, Chief Justice. Victor Doritis (husband) appeals from a trial court’s judgment on a petition for contempt filed by his former wife, Mabel (wife), and his counterclaim for contempt arising out of their divorce action. For the reasons that follow, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in part and reversed in part. Husband and wife were divorced in March 2012 by a final divorce decree incorporating the parties’ settlement agreement.
