Appellant, The Travelers Indemnity Company (“Travelers”), appeals the District Court’s interpretation of certain modifications to a subcontract between appellee, The HOH Company (“HOH”), and Travelers’ principal, Ernst/Gate-City. HOH was the prime contractor in an arrangement with the City of Atlanta (“Atlanta”) to construct a new terminal at the Atlanta International Airport; Ernst/Gate-City was a subcontractor hired to perform electrical work.
