Douglas D. Kluver, Timothy J. McReynolds, and FRB Partnership (collectively the appellants) appeal the district court’s order granting summary judgment for the appellees, Richard P. Deaver and Clara E. Deaver; Resource Recycling, Inc.; and Waste Management of Nebraska, Inc. (Waste Management). This appeal involves a contract for royalties that was previously before this court concerning different issues. See Bauermeister v.
