The appellant was charged in the city court of Michigan City with the offense of driving “while under the influence of liquor.” He was found guilty and took an appeal to the LaPorte Superior Court, Room 1, where he was found guilty and fined $25.00 and costs and his driver’s license was suspended for a period of ninety days.
