OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Anne Hall, appeals her conviction in Madison County Court of Common Pleas for complicity to drug trafficking.

{¶ 2} Appellant was charged with the drug offense after it was alleged that she obtained a prescription for oxycodone,1 acquired the drug from a pharmacy, and turned a number of the pills over to her adult daughter, Daniele Hall ("Daniele"), who sold them to an undercover police officer.
