Petitioner appeals as of right from an opinion and judgment of the Michigan Tax Tribunal. We reverse.

At issue in this case is the proper method for determining the true cash value of petitioner’s property, a low-income housing project located in respondent township, which was built and is operated under § 236 of the National Housing Act, as amended, 12 USC 1715z-l, and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority Act, MCL 125.1401 et seq.; MSA 16.114(1) et seq.
