I reluctantly join the majority opinion. The result in this case is not “fair.” But I agree that the trial court had the discretion to make findings that support this Court’s conclusion that applicant is not entitled to credit for the time he spent in jail awaiting transfer to a SAFPF1 as a condition of his community supervision.
