In this case we are presented with the issue whether workers’ compensation death benefits are available to the widow of a nonresident worker employed in Michigan for work to be performed outside Michigan. Because I believe the plain language of the workers’ compen*528sation statute1 precludes jurisdiction of the bureau over plaintiff’s claim, I would affirm the decision of the bureau.
