Abdelgadir Aboeid (“Mr. Aboeid”), his wife Mona Abdelgadir (“Mrs. Abdelgadir”), and Mr. Aboeid on behalf of their seven minor children (collectively, “Plaintiffs” or “the Aboeid family”) commenced this action against Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation (“Defendant” or “Saudi Airlines”).
