OPINION

BARBARA MILANO KEENAN, Circuit Judge:

In this appeal, Earl M. Bird challenges the district court’s judgment upholding the decision of the Social Security Administration (SSA) denying his application for disability benefits. The SSA determined that although Bird suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), this condition was not disabling before the last date of his insurance coverage to qualify for an award of Social Security disability benefits.
