The following issues are presented on this appeal:(1) Was the arrest of plaintiff by defendant lawful as a matter of law ?(2) Was it prejudicial error for the trial court to admit into evidence testimony bearing on defendant’s motive in making the arrest?(3) Did the trial court commit prejudicial error in instructing the jury?(4) Were the damages awarded excessive?
