(dissenting.) These actions were commenced by service of summons and complaint on the defendant on or about the 15th day of April, 1902. That of Athalia Jones was brought to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been received by her while a passenger on one of the defendant’s cars, and that brought by George E. Jones to recover for the loss of the services of his wife, Athalia.' The accident occurred on the 12th day of March, 1902.
