Plaintiff, Saeeda A. Mahmud, M.D., brings this action against defendants, Bon Secours Charity Health System d/b/a Bon Secours Community Hospital (the “Hospital”), Walter Kaufmann, Jeff Auerbach, Jane Brooks and David Brody 1 arising from and relating to her former medical staff membership at the Hospital. 2 Plaintiff alleges that defendants were racially motivated in failing to renew her contract of affiliation and thwarting plaintiffs efforts to contract with other medical facilities, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and N.Y.
