NATURE OF CASE
Appellants, Aaron Ferer and Robin Monsky, are shareholders of Aaron Ferer & Sons Co. (AFS). Appellants initiated this action on August 15, 2001, in the district court for Douglas County against appellee AFS and additional appellees Matthew Ferer and Whitney Ferer, Aaron’s brothers and members of the board of directors of AFS. Appellants’ fourth amended complaint is the operative complaint for purposes of this appeal (complaint).
