In Re Touchman

This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Miami County, affirming an order of the home inspection section, Division of Aid for the Aged, Department of Public Welfare, denying the application of Opal Touchman for renewal of a license to operate a rest home.
