Plaintiff OneBeacon Insurance Company (“OneBeacon”) filed this action on August 26, 2013, seeking a declaratory judgment that it is entitled to reimbursement of a workers’ compensation claim and a disability benefits claim it paid to an employee of Defendant U.S. Foods pursuant to an employer’s liability insurance policy OneBeacon issued to U.S. Foods.
