Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Ferradino, J.), entered October 16, 2001 in Saratoga County, which granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff commenced this dental malpractice action in March 2001 seeking to recover for injuries purportedly sustained as the result of defendant’s allegedly negligent care and treatment of her in May and June 1998.
