Florida Bar re: Amendments to Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure & Rules of Judicial Administration

The Florida Supreme Court created the Commission to Study the Need for Increased Appellate Districts and for Redefining Judicial Circuits. In its report, the commission recommended against creating new appellate court districts and also against changing existing judicial circuit and appellate court boundaries.
