This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Entry of a Default Judgment Against Defendant Colorado Blue Ribbon Foods, LLC [Docket No. 21; Filed Feb. 9, 2012] (the “Motion”). Plaintiff seeks entry of default judgment against Defendant Colorado Blue Ribbon Foods, LLC (“Blue Ribbon”). Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 55(a), the Clerk of Court entered default against Defendant Blue Ribbon on February 13, 2012. See Entry of Default [#29].
