On the 9th day of January, 1895, Abbe T. Crawford and her husband George M. Crawford, conveyed to the appellee, Jeannette I. Tate, a certain lot or parcel of real estate in the city of Louisville, Ivy., which deed was on said date duly *503acknowledged, by tlie grantors, and delivered to the grantee, and the same was duly recorded in the proper office on the 2áth day of March, 1897.
