—Order, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Douglas McKeon, J.), entered *278January 17, 1995, which denied plaintiffs’ motion to vacate a prior order of the same court and Justice, which granted, on default, defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to comply with the court’s discovery order, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, plaintiff’s motion is granted and the complaint is reinstated.
