The proliferation of limited partnerships brings with it a variety of new legal issues. This cáse raises several such issues. This action was brought to recover damages for the alleged conversion from Executive House Realty, a limited partnership, of $992,000 in cash contributions from limited partners and cash advanced to this limited partnership Upon promissory notes executed by the limited partners.
