In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Sher, J.), dated March 18, 2010, as granted the plaintiffs motion for leave to reargue her opposition to that branch of his prior motion which was for a determination that the marriage was null and void, which had been granted in a prior order dated December 21, 2009, and, upon re-argument, denied that branch of his motion.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
