delivered the opinion of the court:

Defendant, Skeeter Cyphers, has appealed from convictions and sentences for the offenses of burglary and criminal damage to property of a value of more than one hundred fifty dollars. On January 9, 1971, the Circuit Court of Whiteside County sentenced defendant to a term of from two to five years in the penitentiary on the burglary conviction and also for a term of from two to five years in the penitentiary on the criminal damage to property conviction.
