OPINION
ZAMORA, Judge.
{1} Plaintiff Barbara Sherrill appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant Farmers Insurance Exchange (Farmers) on her claim of retaliatory discharge. The district court determined that neither NMSA 1978, Section 59A-16-20 (1997), nor the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, constituted clearly mandated public policies that could support Sherrill’s claim of retaliatory discharge.
