In 1892 the defendant had record title to about sixty lots of land in Ashland, and this action was brought by the four plaintiffs,, who were the defendant’s *128brothers and sisters, claiming that she held four fifths of said land in trust for them, and asking that their rights in said lands be determined and that defendant be required to account for moneys received for lands previously sold by her held under the same trust.
