HENDERSON, District Judge.

This action was brought in the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, summons being issued on October 20, 19-48, by the United Garment Workers of America, Local Union No. 140 and No. 75 against Jacob Reed’s Sons, S. Abrahams & Co., and Weintraub Bros. & Co., all of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, within the jurisdiction of this Court.
