CAVE, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs and against the defendant in the amount of $1,500.

The cause of action arose out of alleged damages resulting from defendant’s construction of a power line across plaintiffs’ farm. Plaintiffs were the owners of approximately 1,500 acres, and executed an easement in favor of the defendant for the purpose of entering upon said land and constructing, operating and ■ maintaining an electric transmission line.
