State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (hereinafter referred to as "State Farm") appeals from the trial court's denial of its motions for a judgment as a matter of law in regard to a breach-of-contract claim asserted against it by the Shady Grove Baptist Church (hereinafter referred to as "the Church").
