OPINION

By HILDEBRANT, J.:

This law appeal is taken by the defendant herein from an adverse verdict and judgment for damages for personal injuries received in a collision between plaintiff’s automobile and a street car of the defendant.

The first error assigned is as to the general charge.

One of the specifications of negligence in the petition is that defendant operated its street car at a rate of speed greater than was reasonable and proper under the circumstances and in violation of the State law and of Section 560-8 of the Ordinances of the City of Cincinnati, which ordinance was pleaded and…
