BREWSTER, District Judge.
In these proceedings, brought under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S. C.A. § 207, there was referred to a special master the matter of the determination of the fair value of the property and assets of the debtor. By the order of appointment, the master was to report the evidence and his findings of fact thereon were to be final. After extended hearings, in which creditors, stockholders and the Securities & Exchange Commission participated, the master has transmitted the evidence and submitted a report.
