MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

LETITIA Z. CLARK, Bankruptcy Judge.

On September 20, 1988 came on for hearing the complaint of Robert H. Boyd to determine dischargeability of a debt pursu ant to 11 U.S.C. § 523 and for validation of a second lien on real property. After review of the pleadings, evidence and relevant case law in this matter, this court makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law.
