The Court has before it Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Clerk’s No. 29). Plaintiff claims Defendants retaliated against her for asserting her civil rights, thus violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C.2000e— 2000e-17 (1994 & West Supp.1998), and the Iowa Civil Rights Act (ICRA), Iowa Code chapter 216 (1998). Plaintiff further claims that Defendants violated state law when they wrongfully discharged her, through constructive discharge, in violation of public policy.
