This case arises out of an agreement between the plaintiff, Fallon Development, Inc. (“FDI”), and the defendants, Barry S. Taylor and Amy Taylor (collectively “the Taylors”), whereby FDI agreed to provide labor and/or materials for the renovation to the Taylors’ *678home (“the Property”) located at 270 Winter Street, Weston, Massachusetts.
