This is an application by the State Tax Commission as a judgment creditor against certain banks and trust companies which have moneys belonging to Samuel J. Weiss and Jessie C. Weiss, David Goldberg and Pauline Goldberg, Irving Rothenberg and Evelyn Rothenberg, Eh Friedman and Sylvia Friedman and Donnie Frocks, Inc., a corporation.
