LOUGHRY, Justice:

The petitioner (plaintiff below), Carol King (“Ms. King”), appeals from the October 31,' 2013, final order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County. Through this order, the circuit court granted summary judgment in favor of the respondent (defendant below), West Virginia’s Choice, Inc. (“WV Choice”), and dismissed the action with prejudice.
