Convicted of possession of cocaine and sentenced to eight years' imprisonment, appellant Willie Stevenson Banks institutes this appeal, raising numerous issues.
The state's evidence tended to show that at approximately 10:25 p.m. on November 20, 1982, the appellant ran into the rear of a parked automobile just around the corner from the Dothan Police Station.
