McBRIDE, Judge.

On Sunday November 16, 1952, at about 3:45 in tKe afternoon, two automobiles collided in the south half of the traffic circle at the foot of the Huey P. Long Bridge in Jefferson Parish. One of the cars, a Nash sedan, owned and driven by Hillard M. Covey, had just crossed the bridge from New Orleans and- it was necessary that Covey, who decided to return to New Orleans, proceed counterclockwise around the circle in order to reach the lane of the bridge accommodating a return trip.
