MARVIN, Chief Judge.

Finding the trial court erred in denying the motion for mistrial based on prosecutorial misconduct, we reverse Elvis Washington’s conviction of distribution of cocaine with intent to distribute and remand for a new trial. State v. Bates, 508 So.2d 1346 (La.1987). Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 3.5(b); ABA Standards Relating to the Prosecution Function, Standard 5.4(a), Relations with jury; State v.
