This is a petition for a writ of certiorari. The petitioner is the applicant for a class C license to sell intoxicating beverages at 62 Putnam street in the city of Providence. The respondents are Michael F. Costello, James S. Daneker and Dominic P. Turco, who are erroneously alleged in the petition to be the Alcoholic Beverage Commission of the state of Rhode Island, whereas they constitute the Division of Intoxicating Beverages.
