This is an appeal from an order of conviction for reckless homicide entered by the circuit court of Rock Island County after a jury trial.
On December 18, 1977, at approximately 10 p.m., the defendant, Kelley M. Boyle, was operating a motor vehicle northbound on Seventh Street in the city of East Moline, Illinois.
