'By their bill of complaint, the complainants allege that on the Friday following April 18, 190(5, which was April 20th, they entered into a compromise agreement with the defendant for the settlement of an action at law then pending in this court brought by the defendant against the complainants. They allege that the agreement was that the complainants should pay the defendant, in full settlement of the action, the sum of $875, and that the defendant has repudiated the agreement.
