This is an appeal from a decree of the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County denying appellant Gertrude U.’s petition for adoption of *5David C., now twelve years old, because of its refusal to involuntarily terminate thé parental rights of appellee, the natural father of David C.1 Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the decree and contends the record does not support the orphans’ court conclusion that involuntary termination of parental rights pursuant to section 311(1) of the Adoption Act2 was…
