Sunday forenoon, July 18, 1937, an automobile, in which plaintiff’s decedent was riding, proceeding in a westerly direction on M-60, a trunk line highway in Branch county, while crossing the intersection of M-78, also a trunk line highway, at a speed of about 30 miles per hour, was struck by defendant’s automobile which entered the intersection from the north at a speed of about 45 miles per hour, and plaintiff’s decedent received fatal injuries.
