Appellant Richard Ross appeals a denial of a petition for bill of review seeking to set aside a default judgment entered against him in Cause No. 99-1459. On appeal, Appellant raises three issues for review. In Issue No. One, he challenges the service of. process prior to the rendition of the default judgment.
