This is an appeal on questions of law from an order of the Common Pleas Court appointing a receiver for the defendants. The notice of appeal is given on behalf of defendants without designation. During the proceedings incident to the hearing on the motion for the appointment of receiver, Mr. Huffman said that he had represented all of the parties and Mr. Gifford stated that he represented three of the parties and in one place, some of the defendants indicated that he might have represented five of the parties.
