This action involves a U.S. Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) final determination in a proceeding conducted under Section 129 of the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (“Section 129”) and covering the simultaneously-imposed antidumping and countervailing duty orders on circular welded carbon quality steel pipe (“CWP”) from the People’s Republic of China.
