In March 2015, McHugh Fuller Law Group, PLLC (“McHugh Fuller”) began running a month-long, statewide Georgia advertising campaign targeting PruittHealth, Inc., f/k/a Pruitt Corporation and its affiliated nursing homes (collectively, “PruittHealth”).
