In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Partnow, J.), dated March 11, 2014, which granted the plaintiffs motion to vacate a prior order of the same court dated December 17, 2013, granting their unopposed motion pursuant to CPLR 3126 to strike the complaint for failure to comply with discovery demands.
Ordered that the order dated March 11, 2014, is affirmed, with costs.
